People Management
We are deeply experienced in people organization and dairy management and have developed a dynamic, systematic approach that reaches every employee right where they are, makes them a part of the process, and instills a desire on their part to be a part of the solution rather than a part of the problem.
“P6” is our acronym representing six different yet interrelated integral pieces of the management equation. P6 implies an “exponential” relationship, which we believe is precisely the concept of our approach. The elements of the P6 Approach, when properly instituted are synergistic and additive in their effects, and compound on each other yielding a cohesive, practical management approach:
P1 - Personnel - Do you have all the right people in all the right places? It’s fundamental to enabling employees for success. Their success is your success! Learn to locate, educate, motivate, and evaluate, and watch your people grow!
P2 - Purpose - Clear communication and understanding of purpose in the workplace is more neglected than most think! Simply doing a task is drudgery. Understanding what is being done and why it is important is empowerment!
P3 - Planning - The key element in success of a task is a methodical, circumspect analysis of a task at hand to really understand what is to be done, and how it is to be successfully achieved with the most economical application of resources. Learn how to guarantee success!
P4 - Protocols - There is no more important tool to have in the dairy tool chest than well-developed procedural protocols. Written protocols eliminate confusion and empower employees in all positions and at all levels within the workplace. We work with your professionals to deliver your custom-made protocols.
P5 - Practice - Practice makes perfect? Not so fast. “Practice” only improves performance when the right things are being done. Motivating people to do the right thing for no other reason than the fact that it is the right thing to do is a critically valuable skill.
P6 - Performance - Moving from simply “people doing chores” to a highly motivated working team is a process that does not just happen. Team involvement of goal-setting and process evaluation will build discipline, compliance, and accountability in to the system.
Properly blending the proven techniques of the P6 System will develop the team spirit, nourish individual and collective motivation, and promote excellence in the workplace at all levels.
