The DPS Philosophy
Our philosophy is simple by design:
• People are the most important resource/component of any business.
• The simpler a thing is, the more likely it is to get done correctly.
• Understanding the “why” facilitates the correct execution of the “how”.
Our philosophy contemplates performance as the function of three distinct components: People, Process and Production. The bi-directional inter-relationship that exists between these three components can be complex and elusive. We understand those complexities and the fact that ultimately, the performance of a system is directly proportional to the proper mixture and coordination of these components.
We understand the importance of quality as it relates to people, process and production. We understand the necessity and importance of precision in operational processes both in their execution and timeliness. It is that understanding that has driven our philosophy to become centered on people. It is within the “people component” that we believe true success lies.
The DPS Approach
No two businesses are exactly the same. Each has its own unique set of goals, needs and resources. Our approach is to explore your goals and needs and work with you to close the gap that exists between where you are and where you want to be. We deploy and engage our services in a custom-tailored approach to help you achieve your goals.
We’d love to have a no-obligation discussion with you to show how we can integrate our talents with yours to create a custom plan that incorporates definable targets with measurable benchmarks to measure progress (yours and ours) along the way.
We promote excellence in three key areas of your business:
People Management • Milk Quality • Animal Care

Core Belief
Excellence is not a style, it's a habit.
We work hard to earn your trust by employing this core belief and its components into our work with you and your team. It is our pledge to conduct ourselves in a manner consistent with this core belief and to weave it into the fabric of our every effort with you and your team.
There are "Three Elements of Excellence”
“Discipline” means living, working or playing by the rules and staying “in bounds” in every measurable way. It is a methodical, calculated approach to work and life that means that I will not take advantage of someone or a situation simply because I can. I will respect the rules and perform my part as expected.
“Compliance” means that it is not enough to know what to do. One must do it. And one must always do it, whether anyone notices or not. We must do it because it is the right thing to do, and that should always be reason enough. We should not need any further recognition or applause.
“Accountability” means that we must be responsible for what we do. Good, bad, or indifferent we must accept the consequences of what we do (or don’t do) and be willing to modify our behavior or approach when necessary to bring ourselves (our attitude) back in line with what is a right focus.
